Friday Reminders…Friday the 13th of April edition.

Good Friday afternoon, Central family and friends!

Just a quick couple of reminders for this weekend, and yes, there is a lot happening at Central!

• Saturday is the second Saturday, and that means it’s Adopt a Block (at 10a), Oil Change Ministry (at 9a), Food Pantry (at 10a) and Prayer Ministry (at 10a)!  If you’re looking for an opportunity to serve in a ministry, tomorrow’s your chance.  Come out early and get involved!

• Don’t forget to bring in your cans or donations for the ongoing “Pack the Pantry” campaign.  Grocery carts are located at both the Boonville and Campbell entrances – and this week’s suggested canned item is canned vegetables, or you can designate your offering “Pack the Pantry.”

• Pastor Jeff continues Portraits in both services with a message called “Alone in the World” – and it promises to be a fascinating look at the life of Noah.

• Special Prayer Reminder – Let’s remember all those in our community looking for employment.  The national offices of the Assemblies of God recently laid off 47 employees. Let’s keep them and their families in our prayers during this transition time.  As well, pray for the numerous other Central family members who are also seeking employment.
